How does the recipient book a stay?
Recipients will be sent a unique discount code for the value of their gift card. They just need to pop this in the promo code box at checkout. If they want to book a premium stay or add on extras, they can pay the difference.

Can the gift voucher be used on all cabins?
Yes! The gift voucher can be redeemed across all locations and cabins. If you have any trouble redeeming your voucher, please reach out tobookings@samsu.ie
Can I send the voucher directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. You can either send it straight to them via email at checkout, or have it sent to you first if you'd prefer to print or gift it later.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, Samsú gift vouchers are non-refundable. Once purchased, they can't be exchanged for cash or a different denomination.
