How does the recipient book a stay?
Recipients will be sent a unique voucher code for the value of their gift card. They just need to pop this in the promo code box at checkout. If they want to book a premium stay or add on extras, they can pay the difference.
Recipients can also redeem their voucher by emailing bookings@samsu.ie
How long are vouchers valid?
Our gift vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, so there’s plenty of time to find a quiet few days away.
Can the gift voucher be used on all stays?
Yes! The gift voucher can be redeemed across all locations and property types. If you have any trouble redeeming your voucher, please reach out to bookings@samsu.ie
Can I send the voucher directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. You can either send it straight to them via email at checkout, or have it sent to you first if you'd prefer to print or gift it later.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, Samsú gift cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, they can't be exchanged for cash or a different denomination.
Can multiple vouchers be combined?
Our booking system currently accepts only one voucher per booking. If you have more than one voucher you'd like to use together, just get in touch with us at bookings@samsu.ie and we'll be happy to help.
Can I choose any amount?
We offer a selection of preset voucher amounts, chosen to work well towards a stay at Samsú. If you're unsure which one to choose, we'd be happy to help!
